The Board of Direction

The Board of Direction is composed of three staff members, plus arepresentative of students and a representative of the auxiliary body. They are elected bytheir peers in a special Assembly.

One of the staff members is responsible for all the questions relatedto International Affairs.

The Bureau of International Programmes and Projects

The Bureau of International Programmes and Projects is a special unit in ESEP that deals with the international matters. The co-ordinator of your exchange programme is a member of this Bureau and the first person you should see when you have a problem.

Administrative Staff

ESEP has a body of administrative staff who help manage and run things. The Secretary of the Board of Direction is the person who you should contact when you need something from the Direction.

Erasmus Club

A group of volunteer students and teachers have recently created a Club - The Erasmus Club - which envisages the integration of foreign students at ESEP and at life in town. Several activities are being prepared, which range from informal classes of Portuguese Language and Culture, to cultural visits in town and surrounding area and to animation.

Foreign students are asked to participate in the planned activities and are free to suggest others.
